Dustin Software Online (post-beta)

Yes, I know.  I’m lazy.. I haven’t done updates to the site in a long time.  The current project is the school’s newspaper-ish thing, The Bubble, which will be released tomorrow.  I’ve also got a cool Windoze hack for you soon…stay tuned.  Sorry, school has kept me busy and friends have kept me busier.

A special announcement on behalf of someone who reminded me my site hadn’t been updated.

I know this isn’t really relavent to some site updates and that kind of thing (yes I’m still working on the forums and the chat, they’re just taking a dang long time, plus school isn’t making things easier!) but I just decided to randomly check YouTube and check out our channel, and BOOM!  Our videos have hit the 500,000 mark!  SHAZAM!  Just a couple projects I put together a while ago, I’m gonna upload the rest of the vids on this site to youtube soon as well.  If you wanted by chance to check some of them out, simply visit:

Fun fun fun…

Well, I’m sure all of you have been watching and waiting for a service like this to show up, and now’s your chance to have by far the coolest email address ever! Consider it my Christmas present to anyone who uses this site. Wanna know how it works? First here are the terms:

1. Don’t abuse it. This means no spam, hatemail, or any other forms of communication that just aren’t very nice. Your account would be deleted without notice. That means you can’t sue me.
2. The username must be longer than 5 characters and shorter than 20 characters. No profanity, please.

Short terms, eh? Also, nab a cool address. Don’t just be bob@dustinsoftware.com, but something sweet like ceo@dustinsoftware.com or lolcrackers@dustinsoftware.com. It’s not a requirement, just style points. The service is proudly powered by GMail, so it’s the same friendly interface, only cooler. When you register, I’ll send you a temporary username and password which you are required to change when you log in. That way I can’t read your stuff. It’s also pretty secure, too!

Sorry everyone, since we’ve moved to the new server FTP access hasn’t been functioning properly and we haven’t had a chance to install any of the new modifications to the site.  Hopefully this weekend we’ll get the site updated and have some fun stuff for you to try out.  Check back soon…

We’re making some massive website updates and moving to a brand new Mac Mini!  The update isn’t quite ready yet, but we’re adding a brand new GameZone (which requires user registration, don’t worry, it’s easy!) and some features we’ve never had before to the site!  YouTube is also going to be a big part of the Flicks section, as the Windows Media plugin has been causing us trouble lately…  Check back soon for some pretty sweet updates!

Well, after years of borrowing other classmates’ RAW guides I finally got fed up with it and decided to post an easily accessible online version of the RAW guide on my site.  I didn’t write it, I just used the Google cached-version and spruced up the formatting a bit.  So here it is, if you ever need to use a RAW guide and you happen to be in the lab but somehow don’t have yours, simply visit:
